Make a material difference launch in Packaging Europe

An exciting range of innovative products incorporating new generation hybrid materials have being launched by Leicester-based design and manufacturing business The Invicta Group.

The products, the first of their kind in the industry, are a major commitment to Invicta’s major brand owners to help them reduce their carbon footprint. Clandon House, Guildford, Surrey was the venue for a gathering of the Group’s blue-chip customers including representation from Diageo Plc, The Coca-Cola Company, The Royal British Legion, ADM Promotions and The British Red Cross for the high-profile launch.

Shown was100 new and existing point-of-sale display, barware, drinks promotion, cosmetic displays, in-store promotions, charity and personal care products in bio-hybrid™ and other new generation materials. These materials can be blended with traditional polymers of polypropylene and general purpose plastics.

Other innovative material progressions include the use of recycled polymers blended with Invicta’s new generation polymers, leading a revolution in new processes and technological achievement with certain breakthrough polymers.

The plant-based bio-hybrids are 100 per cent recyclable and make a real material difference to reducing carbon footprint.
